We will meet weekly for a group workout, beginning and ending in body scans to track your progress along with healthy eating presentations at Roots Nutrition Counseling. CYCLEFIT A full hour of upbeat cycling fun with some weights on the bike for a full body workout with cardio.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING A type of workout that consists of short periods of intense exercise that gets your heart rate up quickly between intervals of less intense exercise or rest.
