AQUA AEROBICS – REGISTER

A fun, low impact workout to build strength and endurance without strain on your joints. Stay in the shallow end without submerging.

Improve muscle strength, circulation and flexibility in this aquatics class for adults 18 and older. No swimming ability necessary and hair won’t even get wet.

AQUA JOGGING – REGISTER

Aqua jogging is a unique, low-impact workout that combines the benefits of running with the resistance of water. Perfect for all fitness levels, it helps improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles, and reduce stress on joints.

GENTLE BEGINNINGS – REGISTER

Beginner co-ed low impact aquatic exercise class working on balance while focusing on full body movements. Good for all ages and those recovering from injury. Come and experience a challenging but gentle work out in a social environment.
